In Store Return Policy WITH Original Receipt:

Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.*

• Original receipt required.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• ALL tags must be attached.
• Returns originally paid with cash, check or debit card will be offered a full cash refund.
• Returns originally paid by credit card will be issued a credit on the same card used for purchase.

* SALE (INCLUDING ALL DISCOUNTED/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS) AND ALL ACESSORIES ITEMS (including: Jewelry, Handbags, Shoes, Hair Accessories, Scarves, Hats etc.) ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be made available.

In Store Return Policy WITHOUT Original Receipt or Past 7 Days:

We will gladly accept your return without the original receipt for in store credit. The store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item(s). The store credit has no expiration and works like cash, so please keep your credit safe until it is ready to be used.

koze will accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days past the original date of purchase for in store credit only.

Note: At this time koze does not sell merchandise on line.

• We ship via UPS Ground, expedited shipping is available upon request.
• At this time koze only ships within the United States.
• Shipping charges are passed on to you as a direct cost without additional fees.
• Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
• Orders shipped within California will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
• UPS will only ship to a physical address — NO PO BOXES.
• Address verification is required on all shipments.
• In the event of a return, shipping fees are not refunded.
